Guiding You Through the Depths of the Mind to Discover Healing, Growth, and Lasting Wellness.

My Background and Practice Philosophy:
I understand that deciding to see a specialist and navigating the process of starting or adjusting medications can feel overwhelming and uncertain. As a provider, I aim to work collaboratively with each patient to ensure medications are as effective as possible while leveraging the therapeutic relationship to move beyond simply “getting by.” Medications and therapy should empower deeper engagement in life, enhance mental well-being, foster self-awareness, and nurture self-acceptance—flaws and all. As an experienced nurse practitioner specializing in psychiatric care, I am dedicated to supporting clients of all ages, including children and adolescents, on their journey toward healing and growth.
As a prescriber, I work to treat the multitudes of complex & disparate symptoms of many disorders. In listening, knowing, and trusting my patients, I seek to provide medications that avoid side effects and remain acceptable to the individual for as long as necessary or desired to improve their quality of life. I work to educate, motivate, and support the human potential for authentic engagement.
I have a broad educational background, including psychiatry, anesthesia, therapeutic skills, eastern religious studies, and psychedelic research. I am invested in the health, wellness, and human potential of everyone I am fortunate enough to treat.
Psychiatric Services:
I provide psychiatric evaluations, therapy, and medication management in a cooperative partnership with my patients. The relationship between patient and provider has the potential to improve the outcome of treatment significantly and often increases the rate of progress towards wellness and improved quality of life. Specifically, my areas of expertise include ADHD, Anxiety, Behavioral Issues, Bipolar Disorder, Childhood Trauma, Depression, Impulse Control Disorders, Gender Identity, Mood Disorders, Sex-Positive, Kink Allied, Insomnia, Substance Use Disorder, Suicidal Ideation, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and Veterans.
We have recently begun accepting new patients for our ketamine-assisted treatment program. If you have a therapist or current provider who would like to provide a referral, this can expedite the onboarding process. If you feel you have been unable to reach a state of wellness and positivity with your present treatment, ketamine can often be a transformative addition to your mental health regimen.
If you are ready to try a more engaged, attentive approach to mental health treatment with a psychiatric provider who is invested in your ongoing improvement and progress, please connect with me for an initial evaluation visit or (for previous patients) re-connect to continue care.
Accepted Insurance & Forms of Payment:
We accept almost all major insurances. Unfortunately, we can not accept Kaiser. Cash pay rates are fair. While ketamine treatments are not covered by commercial insurance, we believe the present out-of-pocket expense is excessive in the Denver area, so we decided on a visit cost of $325.00.
Out-of-pocket costs must be paid at the time of your visit via Cash, Visa, Discover, Mastercard, ACH, Paypal, and Venmo.
